Return a product / withdraw from the contract

Pour vous rétracter du contrat ou retourner des produits, utilisez l'une des options disponibles :

  1. If you have an account in the store
    Log in to your customer account, go to the order details, and select the option “Return selected products”.
  2. If the order was placed without an account
    Use the individual withdrawal link included in the order confirmation email.

After opening the form, select the products covered by the withdrawal, complete the required details, and submit the request. After submission, you will receive confirmation by email.
